Let me describe our Cool Bali Villas service to you………
If you’ve never been to Bali, then we can make recommendations of ideal areas to stay in and visit. We have villas in Sanur, Seminyak, Legian, Keramas and Jasri.
Our website will give you all the information you need to know about each villa, location map, amenities, and photos. You’ll also find reviews from our previous guests. Once you’ve chosen your ideal location, we can offer you a selection of accommodation to suit your travellers needs and budget.
After you’ve chosen your accommodation, we ask for a deposit to secure it…. We offer payment to a local bank account in several currencies or with a credit card.
One month before you arrive
We’ll get in touch to ask for your balance payment and we will send you an email full of useful arrival information.
We will collect your flight details so that we can arrange for our drivers to pick you up from the airport. Don’t worry if your flight arrives at 1am they will be waiting for you.
On arrival at your Cool Bali Villa
You will be checked in by one of our managers. They will show you around the Villa and answer all your questions. They will be your dedicated manager looking after you during your stay. If you need help, advice, a sim card for your phone, a replacement crate of beer, a driver for the day our manager will help you.
To start your holiday, you’ll find an icy cold beer or soft drink in the fridge and a couple of snacks to enjoy.
The next morning you won’t need to rush out to get your breakfast supplies as we’ll have some in the fridge for you. If you would like to do some extra shopping for you just send us your list and we’ll have that waiting for you. If you really can’t be bothered with making your own breakfast, no problem…………for a small extra fee one of our lovely staff will make it for you.
They can also cook a sumptuous feast for dinner one evening……. A treat not to be missed.
Don’t worry about making your bed and tidying up, our friendly housekeepers will come in and do that for you, every day at a time convenient for you. We realise that you are here to relax and leave all your domestic worries behind.
When it’s time to leave
Our manager can arrange for our driver to take you back to the airport or to your next accommodation.
We will of course be sad to see you leave and hope that you will come back and stay with us again.
