Useful Information:

Komang is our housekeeper

She will be taking care of your during your stay. Please ask her if you have any questions. She can be reached on WhatsApp – +62 819 9933 1455

Komang will come in daily (except Sundays) to make up your beds and tidy up. Linen and towels are changed every three days.

Komang will normally arrive at 9am.
If you would prefer a uninterrupted day, please also let her know

(Another) Komang – is our Pool Man and Gardener. He will service the swimming pool and tidy up the garden from 9.30 on a
Tuesday and Friday.

Villa Vitals

Supervision of children required at all times for pool and fish pond. Please ask if you would like to rent a pool fence.

For SAFETY – please no glassware to be used in pool area.

It would be greatly appreciated if all outdoor pool cushions could be brought in daily under the verandah – we often get rain overnight

Please ensure villa is locked (including bathrooms) when going out and gate is closed completely

Please turn off the air conditioning when you go out

Safe drinking water is provided from the dispenser in the kitchen.

Please be careful with wet feet indoors – tiles here can be very slippery

A Safety box is available in wardrobe – Bedroom 1 -Key on main key ring

Entertainment, lights and more

We have a smart TV.

If you use your own account, please remember to log out at the end of your stay.

The washing machine is located in the outside bathroom.

The stove is connected to a gas bottle, under the stove. If the gas bottle runs out please let Komang know and she will replace it.

Power outages are common in Bali
Emergency lights available inside TV unit

The first aid kit is located in the bottom kitchen drawer.

The fuse box is located by the outdoor at the end of the pool.

Getting Around

You’ll find a very handy app called GOJEK and another one called GRAB

You can order a motorbike, taxi or regular car.

Also handy for food and other deliveries.

BlueBird Taxi’s also have a handy app

Rentals – Car, Motorbike or bicycle

Wi can assist you with rentals.

If you plan on renting a car or motorbike please make sure you have an international driving licence. The old grey paper style.

Please also ensure that your travel insurance covers you in case of an accident.

Day Trips and Airport transfers

Kadek “smile” is our trusted driver. He has looked after our guests since 2011.

He has an APV that can seat 4 adults and 2 children for a tour. Or 4 with luggage for an airport drop off.

If you need a larger vehicle he can hire one. He’ll just need two days notice.

Depending on what you would like to see he can tailor a tour to suit your needs. Just message him for options and pricing.

Going on a shopping tour, he’s very handy to store your bags whilst you shop until you drop!

Groceries

The closest grocery store is called Pande Putri, check google maps for the location. It has a good range of essentials and fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk.

The largest is Grand Lucky on Jl Bypass.

On Jl Danau Tamblingan & Jl Cemara you’ll find Popular grocery store & Artsedana (previously known as Hardys)

Otherwise the local market is at Jl Danau Tondo and Jl Shindu.

Restaurant Recommendations

There is a huge selection of restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes……. You can almost eat around the globe!

You can find traditional Indonesian buffets and restaurants with toes-in-the-sand dining experiences.
