For all our guests who have booked a stay until the 30 April 2020 you can move your stay to new dates. They must be in the same season rate and booked up until 30 April 2021.
If you need to cancel the bookings please can you refer to your travel insurer.

For those of your with an existing booking or thinking of booking here is our Covid-19 policy
If your government place a “do not travel to Bali” notice on their website, then your booking will be deferred to a later date. The new dates will be subject to availability and will be in the same season rate.
If no warning is put in place then your booking will proceed with our standard terms and conditions. Should you wish to cancel then please refer to your travel insurers.
