Payment Policies
To secure the booking, a partial payment of 30% of the quote, is due within 5 days of guest confirmation of intention to book
Payment must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 5 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
-Number of Guests
The number of guests staying in the property is not to exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Under no circumstances will any additional guests be allowed to stay without prior agreement and payment.
- Booking Changes by You, the Client
We will accommodate booking changes depending on availability.
-Booking Cancellation by You, the Client
Any cancellations must be in writing and refunds are based on the times below. The refund amount will be minus bank/credit card charges charges.
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit is refunded
If you cancel between 59 to 01 days No refund is given
-In the unlikely event that Cool Bali Villas cancels your booking; the full amount will be refunded.

This a no-smoking property.
No pets allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
