The Villa offers high end accommodation with unlimited Wi-Fi, airport pickup, unlimited filtered water and pool towels. The centre of the villa is the huge 9m x 3m step in pool surrounded by greenery, loungers, umbrella and bean bag chairs. Both ends of the pool have gazebos, one gazebo has a TV to watch from the pool.
The open plan interior living room, western kitchen and dining area overlook the glistening pool. Four gorgeous, air-conditioned bedrooms each come with ceiling fan, ensuite. A flat screen TV and DVD player is available in the family bedroom. Two bedrooms are connecting, and the king beds can be converted to twin singles.

From June 2024 to January 2025 - There is a project to construct a small single storey Villa in the land behind the Villa. The project works from 9am to 5pm. There might be a some noise from a generator or power tools during these hours. We are working with the project manager to keep the impact to a minimum.

Payment Policies
No payment is required upon booking. Payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
-Number of Guests
The number of guests staying in the property is not to exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Under no circumstances will any additional guests be allowed to stay without prior agreement and payment.
- Booking Changes by You, the Client
We will accommodate booking changes depending on availability.
-Booking Cancellation by You, the Client
Any payments made prior to 60 days before arrival are refundable less bank/card fees.
-In the unlikely event that Cool Bali Villas cancels your booking; the full amount will be refunded.
- All information supplied is correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge.
