Seven Kejora has been designed so that all your bedrooms and your living room face onto the pool and tropical garden. You can enjoy your meals outside in the large gazebo or simply relax under the covered sunloungers by the pool.
Your 3 air conditioned bedrooms all face out onto the pool and tropical garden and there is cable TV in each bedroom. One of the ensuite bedrooms features a bath and there is an outdoor shower, as well as the showers in each of the ensuites.
The fully equipped kitchen is modern and spacious and open to the dining and living area, which has cable TV, DVD player and Bose sound system as well as exclusive use of complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas.
January 2023 to May 2024 - There is a project to construct the Icon Mall in the land adjacent to the Kejora Villa complex. This might mean your stay is impacted by construction noise. We have applied a discount to account for any inconvenience. Please email me for more information.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
-Number of Guests
The number of guests staying in the property is not to exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Under no circumstances will any additional guests be allowed to stay without prior agreement and payment.
- Booking Changes by You, the Client
We will accommodate booking changes depending on availability.
-Booking Cancellation by You, the Client
Any cancellations must be in writing and refunds are based on the times below. The refund amount will be minus bank/credit card charges charges.
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit is refunded
If you cancel between 59 to 01 days No refund is given
-In the unlikely event that Cool Bali Villas cancels your booking; the full amount will be refunded.
