Surfers will love the uncrowded perfect surfing conditions at the world renowned Keramas surfing breaks (including their very own break just steps from the front of the house); children and non-surfers can chose to swim in the ocean or cool off in the crystal clear waters of your very own private 20 metre salt chlorinated infinity pool; and everyone can relax together in the incredible alfresco living area with outdoor barbecue kitchen and bar.
A magical haven of peace and tranquility, this 5 star masterpiece of contemporary architecture really has to be seen to be believed. Villa Purnama has every facility you could possible imagine: fully equipped gymnasium; bicycles; infinity pool; spa; private cinema and games room; hi speed Wi-Fi throughout the house; and satellite TV with all sports and major channels.
The entire 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house is air conditioned throughout, with both indoor and outdoor dining, cooking and living spaces.
In addition to the 4 bedrooms with king size beds and 4 ensuite bathrooms with rain showers, you’ll find two baths with awesome views. There is an additional bathroom off the downstairs living area.
Villa Purnama is fully staffed (including night security) and breakfast is included every day.
To make your stay even more relaxing lunch and dinner can also be arranged, as well as babysitting, massage spa treatment and your own yoga classes.
We have a 7 seater car with driver available for hire, and we can also arrange car and motorbike rental for your stay.

Please note that there are two cats who live on the property whom the staff fee. There is also a dog who lives only in the staff area, you won't see or hear him during your stay.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
-Number of Guests
The number of guests staying in the property is not to exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Under no circumstances will any additional guests be allowed to stay without prior agreement and payment.
- Booking Changes by You, the Client
We will accommodate booking changes depending on availability.
-Booking Cancellation by You, the Client
Any cancellations must be in writing and refunds are based on the times below. The refund amount will be minus bank/credit card charges charges.
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit is refunded
If you cancel between 59 to 01 days No refund is given
-In the unlikely event that Cool Bali Villas cancels your booking; the full amount will be refunded.
