From the moment you first visit our website, right through to when we drop you back to the airport for your return flight, we take care of everything for you.
Step 1: We Listen to You
Whatever type of Bali holiday you’re looking for, at Cool Bali Villas we have the local knowledge and experience to ensure you get the holiday you desire.

We’re happy to chat with you over the phone or answer any questions via email and help advise you on the best Cool Bali Villa for you, your family and the type of holiday you want.
Step 2: We Welcome You
A month before your stay we email you our ‘Welcome to Bali’ guide, with everything you need to know about your Cool Bali Villa stay.
Your ‘Welcome to Bali’ guide not only contains detailed information about your villa and visa, but it also provides you with information to help you plan your ultimate Cool Bali Villa holiday well in advance.
You might be planning to just lie on the beach, but we also like to share with you a range of awesome activities and experiences you might not know about.
Step 3: We Meet & Greet You
As soon as you arrive in Bali you’ll be greeted at the airport by one of our friendly experienced drivers, holding a sign with your name on it*.
Travelling in a large group? No problem. We will send two cars large enough to fit everyone and all their luggage.
Need to exchange some money? No problem. Don’t change your money at the airport – our drivers know where you’ll get a much better exchange rate.
Flight delayed? No problem. Our drivers have flight radar apps on their phone and will always be there waiting for you, no matter what time you land or how late your flight is.
Heavy bags? No problem. Our drivers do all the lifting for you. You can simply hop into the modern, clean, air-conditioned van, sit back and let your Cool Bali holiday begin.
(*there is a small additional charge for this service if you require transfer to either Villa Jasri Point or Villa Purnama)
Step 4: We Spoil You
When you arrive at your Cool Bali Villa your manager is always there to meet you and show you around your spotlessly clean villa.
