The spacious bedroom has the option of either a super king or twin beds and has an en-suite with shower The living area has sliding doors to your private terrace and a comfy sofa for watching DVDs on the TV. The kitchenette has fridge, freezer, microwave kettle and stove.
Located away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet area of south Sanur, Suka Merta Apartments are a 10 minute walk to Merta Sari Beach and 15 minutes walk to the beach restaurants.

Payment Policies
To secure the booking, a payment of 30% of the grand total is due within 5 days of your confirmation of intention to book.
Payment in full must be fully settled 30 days prior to arrival. If that date is already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 5 days of your confirmation of intention to book.
-Number of Guests
The number of guests staying in the property is not to exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Under no circumstances will any additional guests be allowed to stay without prior agreement and payment.
- Booking Changes by You, the Client
We will accommodate booking changes depending on availability.
-Booking Cancellation by You, the Client
Any cancellations must be in writing and refunds are based on the times below. The refund amount will be minus bank/credit card charges charges.
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit is refunded
If you cancel between 59 to 01 days No refund is given
-In the unlikely event that Cool Bali Villas cancels your booking; the full amount will be refunded.
